Randolph and Jackie both read every application. You'll hear back within three business days — an invitation to a strategy session, or an honest "not the right fit right now." Both are real; we don't keep applicants on file.
If invited, you'll join a 90-minute deep-dive with both founders — over video, or a phone call, whichever works for you. Not a sales call — mutual qualification.
A written acceptance with a welcome packet, or a written decline with a real reason. We don't drag decisions out.
If accepted, your build begins on the next quarter's cohort start date.
